1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for most furniture products, provided that:

  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.
  • The item is in its original condition, unused, unassembled, and with all original packaging and tags.
  • Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged or defective.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at info@artofrajasthan.co.in with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. Approval: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to ship the item(s) back to us.
  3. Shipping the Item: You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged returns.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns:

  • Custom-made or personalized furniture.
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable.”
  • Any item that has been used, assembled, or damaged by the customer.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 4-5 days of receiving the item. Be sure to include the following:

  • Order number.
  • Photos of the damage or defect, including packaging.
  • A detailed description of the issue.

Once we review the case, we will provide a resolution, which may include a replacement, repair, or refund, depending on the situation.

5. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 2-3 business days.

  • Partial Refunds: In certain situations, partial refunds may be granted, such as for items that are returned late or not in their original condition.
  • Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged or defective product.

6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
