7. Damaged During Shipping
We thoroughly inspect all products before dispatch, but in the event that an item arrives damaged, please follow these steps:
- Contact us at info@artofrajasthan.co.in within 48 hours of receiving the product.
- Provide your order number and clear photos of the damage, including the packaging.
- Do not dispose of the damaged item or its packaging until you receive further instructions from our customer service team.
Once we review the case, we will provide a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement, repair, or refund.
8. Customs and Duties for International Orders
