• Domestic Shipping: We offer both standard and express shipping within India.

• Standard Products: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 3-4 business days after the order is placed.
• Custom/Personalized Orders: Custom-made or personalized furniture may require additional time, which will be communicated to you at the time of purchase.

4. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times depend on your location and the selected shipping method:

• Domestic Orders (India): Standard delivery typically takes 7-14 business days from the date of dispatch.
• International Orders: Delivery times vary by destination and can take anywhere from 10-30 business days depending on location and customs processing.

6. Packaging and Handling

At Art of Rajasthan, we prioritize the safe delivery of your furniture. All items are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit. For larger or delicate items, we may arrange for specialized handling or white-glove delivery services, which will be communicated to you in advance.

7. Damaged During Shipping

We thoroughly inspect all products before dispatch, but in the event that an item arrives damaged, please follow these steps:

1. Contact us at info@artofrajasthan.co.in within 48 hours of receiving the product.
2. Provide your order number and clear photos of the damage, including the packaging.
3. Do not dispose of the damaged item or its packaging until you receive further instructions from our customer service team.

Once we review the case, we will provide a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement, repair, or refund.

8. Customs and Duties for International Orders

For international shipments, any customs duties, taxes, or fees levied by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and must be settled upon delivery.
